The system behind System Installation
MDMS watches the systems that keep a home alive — HVAC, water, appliances — so North Chores can catch problems before they become emergencies.
What you get installed
Plans mention System Installation (Silver starts at +$69). This is that system — not a generic smart-home sticker. Sensors, node glass, and monitoring that feed your service history and home profile.
Silver: +$69 System Installation · Gold / Black include higher install tiers

MDMS modules
Each module is a real monitoring face. Photos and short demos belong here — not four vague tech tiles.
How it works with North Chores
Installed on subscription. Techs see the glass. Customers get the story in Workspace — messages, bill, service history, and equipment listed on the profile. Public site sells the system; Workspace is where members live with it.
